Osborne Auction Services LLC is an online and live auction company that specializes in estate & business liquidation auctions. We have been serving the mid Michigan area for over 15 years and have a proven track record of success. You can bid on items in person during live auctions or online through our bidding platform. If you choose to bid online, you will need to register and create an account before the auction. To do so, click on the Upcoming Auctions tab and then the link for Login/New Bidder. Follow the directions for "Don't have a HiBid Account? Register Here."
If you are the winning bidder for an item, you will need to pay for it and arrange and pick the item up on the designated days. All details of a specific auction are found by clicking the "Auction Details" tab for that auction.
As of 2022, we no longer have a brick & mortar facility. We have switched to providing a mobile service that goes to each business or house to process the items there, so every sale is at a different location. This prevents our staff from having to move items to another location, limits damage to items, and intrigues buyers.
Since we do not have a brick & mortar store, we no longer are accepting consignments for auctions. We solely focus on full estates, business liquidations, or large collections. However, large items can be sold independently from your location thru the auction form of marketing.
We are able to offer you an exceptional & competitive commission. Our staff is experienced in sorting, creating a catalog, and identifying treasures quickly and efficiently. Every sale is different and commission is based on inventory, estimated labor, and advertising. We have many options for you depending on what is needed. . . does the house need to be completely emptied of all garbage, is a dumpster required, do items need to be shredded, etc. Once a commission is quoted, there are no hidden fees or add-ons. We chuckle at this question. If you have ever watched one of our online auctions, we usually do not have anything left at the end of the day. We package items accordingly so some are sold individually and some are sold in groups where the buyer must take everything (essentially cleaning your house/building out for you, but paying you to do so). We do not use a cleanout person at the end of the day since there is nothing left.
